At Totally Gluten Free Bakery, we specialize in creating delicious, 100% gluten-free treats since 2006. Our journey began when Wendy recognized the need for an exclusive bakery catering to those with gluten sensitivities. We first opened on Worcester Street, quickly expanding to take over three additional shops in the block, turning our vision into reality. In 2010, Lori joined forces with Wendy, and together we took over the Gingerbread Man on Blenheim Road. Despite the challenges posed by the 2011 earthquake, we remained committed to our loyal customers, merging our teams to ensure the continued availability of our baked goods.
